Your First 24 Hours: Villa Setup Checklist

Arrive to a stocked fridge, easy dinners and a smooth first morning.

Set the pace from the first hour and the rest of the stay falls into place. Aim for comfort without clutter: a fridge that opens to the right things, a dinner you don’t have to think about and a first morning that feels like the third or fourth.

Stock, kids, night one

We pre‑stock essentials - water, fruit, yogurt, eggs, granola, coffee and a couple of milks - plus a small welcome spread that still works if you arrive late. Traveling with children? Note cribs, rails and blackout needs in advance; we can add white‑noise machines and monitors so bedtime isn’t a project. For night one, a private chef turns travel dust into a meal, or we’ll book a nearby taverna timed to your landing.

Morning that works

Fresh bread at eight, fruit on the counter, coffee set where it belongs, towels by the pool and a shaded table that invites people to sit before they scatter. Prefer town? We’ll keep a driver on standby and skip the parking loop.

Tiny fixes

  • Label a couple of tricky switches
  • Tuck spare chargers in a drawer
  • Leave a small sunscreen basket by the terrace
