Restaurant Booking Cadence for High Season
Sequence lunch and dinner holds so the week feels spontaneous, not scripted.
Hold the tables you care about early, but never all at once. Our cadence spreads confirmations across 21, 14 and 7-day marks so you keep leverage without overcommitting. Between each check-in, we confirm dietary notes, preferred seating (deck vs. inside) and turn times.

We pencil in anchor lunches and key dinners—places with limited first-row seats or chef tables. Every hold clearly states guest count, kids, allergies and your villa concierge contact.

We tighten timing, release duplicates and swap anything that clashes with new yacht days or arrivals. If a restaurant needs a credit card, we have it ready along with cancellation thresholds in writing.

Now we polish details: bottle orders, DJ notes, surprise cakes. Any last-minute moves go through WhatsApp voice notes with floor managers for quick confirmations. Guests feel freedom; behind the scenes it stays locked.
