Morning ritual
Curtains open to natural light, cold-pressed juices already bottled, and a private instructor ready for a 45-minute mobility session. While guests stretch, our team refreshes rooms, swaps linens and sets up shaded lounge beds.
Midday recharge
Lunch leans green—think grilled fish, Cycladic salads and electrolyte-rich fruit platters. We add IV therapy or oxygen sessions for groups flying in from long hauls, plus massage rotations in quiet suites.
Sunset close
Finish with a low-key sunset: acoustic playlist, herbal infusions instead of cocktails, and a soak in the heated pool. The evening chef prep includes light bites so guests can head out later or stay in without decision fatigue.
