Private yoga at first light followed by a healthy Cycladic breakfast.

A gentle, grounding start to the day. Your instructor leads a tailored session with mats and props, then we serve a light breakfast.

Begin the day with calm breath and gentle movement. Choose a terrace with morning light; we set the space and bring breakfast to follow.

Flow

  • Instructor arrival and space setup.
  • 60–75 minutes of tailored practice (all levels).
  • Post‑practice breakfast with coffee/tea and Cycladic staples.

  • Wind can affect outdoor practice; indoor option available.
  • Please advise injuries or pregnancy when booking.

What to bring

  • Comfortable clothing; optional light layer.
  • Water bottle; sunglasses for outdoor practice.
