Private yoga at first light followed by a healthy Cycladic breakfast.
A gentle, grounding start to the day. Your instructor leads a tailored session with mats and props, then we serve a light breakfast.
Begin the day with calm breath and gentle movement. Choose a terrace with morning light; we set the space and bring breakfast to follow.
Flow
- Instructor arrival and space setup.
- 60–75 minutes of tailored practice (all levels).
- Post‑practice breakfast with coffee/tea and Cycladic staples.

- Wind can affect outdoor practice; indoor option available.
- Please advise injuries or pregnancy when booking.
